Aarhus 2017 – European Capital of Culture

From the Opening Ceremony of Aarhus 2017 – Eu CoC:
Aarhus Youth Orchestra premieres commissioned work for full scattered and walking orchestra “Indgang” (“Entry”) as a prelude and ouverture of the festivities and bidding the audience welcome by creating soundscapes as the audience enter the concert hall.

‘Indgang’ was commissioned by Aarhus 2017 – Eu Coc, Aarhus Musikskole and SPOR New Music School.

ISCM-2017 Vancouver: first step

SNYK / TRIMM has nominated the six Danish candidates for ISCM World New Music Days 2017, Vancouver, and Faulty Waterwork is among the selection to be sent to the final Canadian jury along pieces by Lasse Schwanenflügel Piasecki, Rune Glerup, Yngvild Lund Bergner, Nicolai Worsaae & Martin Stauning!

Faces Ensemble – Concert #2

Faces Ensemble from Aarhus (DK) is up again and ready for Concert #2 next week, 17th November 2016 at 5 pm. – Dome of Visions, Aarhus.
The concert features “Qui ta’r le Sjælo among pieces by other young composers in Denmark.
Faces Ensemble is directed by Patricia Martín González, Anja Nedremo & Loïc Destremau. The concert was sponsored by AUT.
